Brote de Monte

Live cinema

Presented at mArtadero Cochabamba- Bolivia, 2013

Brote de monte arises from the collaboration with the Mexican sound artist Manrico Montero. This collaboration is characterized by the simultaneous creation of sound and image in real time. Manipulation and improvisation in real time with audiovisual elements that transcends the traditional narratives of cinematographic discourse.

From the projections on the steam of the saucepans destined for textile dyeing, this work involved techniques and analogous and digital processes.
