Q’aituratro, video that records the images of a performance made in the Salar de Uyuni. The video explores a sensitive experience, also conducive to the encounter of symbolic images, sound landscapes and musical creation, with the soundtrack by Bernardo Rozo from randomness.


Four movements that relate the traditional elaboration of animal fiber yarn, with “Stages” of migration. It evokes people who, for various reasons, are forced to seek better perspectives. Like each of the movements titled with Quechua words, different elements of the Andean cultures are evoked, such as the pushka, the spindle, and the ornaments used for the hair, called tullmas. These elements can be determined as cultural symbols, which are changing in the process of migrations from different communities to urban contexts or to other countries.
